Contest, Giveaway & Promotion Disclaimer

From time to time, Blockchain Futurist Conference, Canada Crypto Week, ETHWomen, ETHToronto, and related events (collectively, the “Events”) may offer contests, giveaways, promotions, scavenger hunts, gamification activities, prizes, and other promotional opportunities (collectively, “Promotions”).

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the official rules of a specific Promotion, all Promotions are organized, administered, and operated by Blockchain Futurist Conference and/or its affiliated event entities.

Sponsors, exhibitors, partners, speakers, media partners, and participating brands may provide prizes, promotional items, or other contributions to Promotions; however, such parties are not sponsors, administrators, or operators of the Promotions and are not responsible for the administration, execution, winner selection, prize fulfillment, or any disputes arising from the Promotions.

By participating in any Promotion, participants acknowledge and agree that any questions, concerns, claims, or disputes relating to the Promotion must be directed solely to Blockchain Futurist Conference and not to any sponsor, exhibitor, partner, speaker, media partner, platform provider, or contributing brand.

Prize Availability

Blockchain Futurist Conference reserves the right to substitute any advertised prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise required by law.

Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided during registration or participation. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the specified timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Blockchain Futurist Conference reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Fair Participation

Blockchain Futurist Conference reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates event rules, engages in fraudulent activity, attempts to manipulate the outcome of a Promotion, or acts in a manner that is disruptive, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of the Promotion.

Blockchain Futurist Conference reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
